Boxes ship between the 1st and 5th of each month. We'll send you an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as it's dispatched.

Can I change my student's shipping address?

Yes! You can update the delivery details from your account dashboard at any time. Address changes take effect on the upcoming month's shipment.

Month-to-month plans bill on the same date each month. Gift plans (3- or 6-month) are paid upfront in full and do not auto-renew.
